Payments made for conference registration, the Friday Night Tapas and Mingle, the Saturday Night Dinner, the Sunday Night Sunset Cruise, and the Monday Sober Cruise are refundable, prior to and including November 1, 2025A 10% service and transaction fee will apply to all cancellations.Refunds will be made to the credit card you originally used to make the purchase and will take 5-10 days to show up on your statement.NO REFUNDS WILL BE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER NOVEMBER 1, 2025. We strongly suggest you secure trip insurance if there is uncertainty about attendance.
Note: For the Add-On Events below, adjust the quantity box to the left of the price on each event to indicate how many tickets you would like to purchase. For example, if you and your spouse plan to attend the Saturday Dinner, set that quantity box to "2".
